Whole Fruit Delivery Charges
Free delivery is calculated based on the discounted purchase amount.
Unless otherwise specified, free delivery (to a single address) applies to orders over HKD 400 storewide.
For orders below the free delivery threshold, a flat delivery fee of HKD 200 per order will be charged.
A surcharge of HKD 100 applies for designated delivery time slots (excluding fruit cups and fruit baskets).
A surcharge of HKD 100 applies for arrangements outside regular delivery schedules (excluding fruit cups and fruit baskets).
If the delivery address is not directly accessible by lift, handover will be arranged at the ground floor. An additional charge of HKD 50 per floor applies if the courier is required to carry goods upstairs.

Self-Pickup / Collection Information
Kwai Hing Self-Collection (Monday to Saturday, allow 2 working days for preparation):
Collect at 23H, Wui Sing Group Building / Wah Tat Industrial Building entrance (approx. 10-minute walk from Kwai Hing MTR station).
Morning: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Fruit Basket Delivery Arrangements
Free delivery applies to any fruit basket purchase (excluding remote areas). For remote areas and outlying islands, an additional delivery fee will apply, subject to the delivery location (generally around HKD 80 – HKD 200).
All fruit basket prices include free delivery to one designated address (one-time delivery, excluding designated time slots). A surcharge of HKD 200 applies for designated delivery time slots.
In the following circumstances where delivery fails on the scheduled day, an additional redelivery fee of HKD 200 will be charged, and redelivery arrangements will be notified separately:
No one is available to receive the parcel on the delivery day; delivery will be rescheduled to the next working day.
Incorrect delivery address or recipient information is provided.
Fruit Cup Delivery Arrangements
Free delivery (urban areas, one address) applies to fruit cup orders over HKD 600; free delivery (remote areas, one address) applies to orders over HKD 1,500.
In the following circumstances where delivery fails on the scheduled day, an additional redelivery fee of HKD 200 will be charged, and redelivery arrangements will be notified separately:

Non-delivery Areas
Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong local areas only. Overseas delivery is not available. Delivery covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and designated outlying island areas including Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport. Delivery does NOT apply to the following outlying islands: Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Lantau Island, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, Tai O, and any areas with vehicle access restrictions.
Discount Offers
Delivery charges are not eligible for any purchase discounts or promotional offers.
Special Weather Arrangements
If a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 is in effect at 9:00 AM and is cancelled before 12:00 PM, delivery will be rescheduled to the afternoon of the same day or deferred to the next working day. Confirmation will be provided on the day.
If a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 remains in effect at 12:00 PM, delivery will be suspended for the day and rescheduled to the next working day. Confirmation will be provided on the day.
Remarks
Product images are for reference only. Fruit supply may be affected by weather and other factors. In the event of stock shortages, we reserve the right to substitute with equivalent value fruits without prior notice.
In case of any disputes, FruttiBoz reserves the right of final decision.
