Delivery Fee Calculation
Free delivery is calculated based on the net purchase amount.
- Unless otherwise specified, free delivery is applicable for purchases of HKD 350 or above (per address) for the entire store.
- For Cut Fruit orders, free delivery is applicable for purchases of HKD 500 or above (per address) in urban areas, and for purchases of HKD 800 or above (per address) in remote areas.
If the purchase amount does not meet the minimum requirement for free delivery, a fixed delivery fee of HKD 100 will be charged pre order.
- An additional delivery fee of HKD100 will be charged for specified delivery times (excluding CutFruits and Hapmers).
- An additional delivery fee of HKD100 will be charged for delivery arrangements outside of regular schedules (excluding Cut Fruits and Hampers).
Delivery to locations outside of urban areas may incur additional charges. Please inquire for further details.
If the elevator cannot reach the relevant address directly, delivery will be arranged at the building entrance; or an additional delivery fee will be charged $30 per floor.
Delivery is not available for the following areas (excluding CutFruits): outlying islands (except Tung Chung), Hong Kong International Airport, Park Island/Ma Wan, Lok Ma Chau/Lo Wu/Sha Tau Kok. For deliveries to hospitals and hotels, only doorstep delivery is available.
Self-pickup/Delivery Information
Self-pickup at Kwai Hing (1-day lead time required, Monday to Saturday): Please pick up your order at Unit 23H, ReasonGroup Tower (approximately 10 minutes walk from Kwai Hing MTR Station).
Pickup Times:
Morning: 10:00-12:30
Afternoon: 14:30-17:30
Door-to-door Delivery (2-day lead time required):
Monday/Thursday: New Territories + Tsuen Wan
Tuesday/Friday: Kowloon + Tsuen Wan
Wednesday/Saturday: Hong Kong Island + Tsuen Wan
Hamper Delivery Arrangements
All Hamper prices include free delivery to ONE designated location (excluding specified delivery times) once. An additional delivery fee of HKD 100 will be charged for specified delivery times.
If the delivery cannot be completed on the same day due to any of the following reasons, an administrative fee of HKD 200 will be charged, and a new delivery arrangement will be made:
1. Change of delivery address on the delivery day;
2. Incorrect recipient information provided;
3. Incorrect delivery address provided.
Cut Fruit Delivery Arrangements
All Cut Fruit prices include free delivery to ONE designated location at a specified time once.
If the delivery cannot be completed on the same day due to any of the following reasons, an administrative fee of HKD 200 will be charged, and a new delivery arrangement will be made:
1. Change of delivery address on the delivery day;
2. Incorrect recipient information provided;
3. Incorrect delivery address provided.
Delivery areas are classified as urban or remote, and delivery fees and arrangements vary accordingly. Please inquire for further details.

Areas not mentioned above are not eligible for delivery.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, the following arrangements will be implemented:
Special Weather Arrangements
1. If typhoon signal no. 8 is still in effect at 9:00 AM on the day of delivery, all scheduled deliveries for that day will be postponed.
2. If a black rainstorm warning is still in effect at 2:00 PM on the same day, all deliveries will also be postponed.

- Please note that the images displayed are for reference purposes only.
- Due to factors such as adverse weather conditions, fruit supply may be affected, and in such cases, FRUTTIBOZ reserves the right to substitute the ordered fruit with an equivalent value of alternative fruits without prior notice.
- FRUTTIBOZ reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of FRUTTIBOZ, and in case of any dispute, the decision of FRUTTIBOZshall be final.
